Our section is spread across several sites, in fact 40% are in different countries. Barb’s Team Effectiveness session helped us work more cohesively. The session was eye-opening, very informative and applicable by helping us understand ourselves and each other. It also helped me tailor my communication, improve my interactions with each of the individuals, and identify work plan opportunities that are better fit for the individuals to leverage their skills and personality.
